Dear New Zealand Police,

This request relates to the Information Request TOOL (IRT).

Please provide the following information/documents:
1) What software is used for the IRT? Is it a commercial tool or is it created internally, or a combination of both?
2) Please provide documentation for training and use for the IRT. The two most relevant documents here would be sufficient.
3) Please provide a list of all documents about the training and use of the IRT. The title and/or heading of the document is sufficient.

Please provide this information in an accessible, searchable format without a watermark.
If any information needs to be withheld from a document, please ensure this is not done in a way that makes the surrounding content (such as other content on the same page) inaccessible.
Please provide both the reason for removal of information as well as the grounds in support of that reason as outlined by section 17(2)(b) of the Act.

Yours faithfully,

Reading through the software manual located at https://fyi.org.nz/request/27732/respons...

I find that links to the Information Request Tool (IRT) that "can be accessed via the icon on your desktop" or
alternatively via the following link: https://svbpmps.police.govt.nz/ProcessPo...
NO LONGER WORK - DNS FAIL.

I will file a fresh OIA now asking for the new URL (expecting success) and also, how I can register as a user for access to it (expect fail, however it is about time that automatically obfuscated live data access API be available, especially for Missing Children data).

PS Ensure you open this in Chrome (not Edge) for best performance ability. Log in using
your QID and enterprise password.
