Please provide full details of Wellington City Council's current policies around the construction and maintenance of footpaths on road reserve where footpaths used to access private properties. This should include details on the council's liability, if any, for injury or death of pedestrians using paths on road reserve to access private properties.
Please provide details of all Council spending on maintenance and improvements to footpaths and staircases on road reserve over the past ten years, broken down to individual named streets or paths.
