Information relating to the removal of Hobbit paraphernalia at Wellington Airport

Dear Wellington City Council,

I am wondering what plans are in place, if any, to remove the various Hobbit sculptures at Wellington Airport as they're now pretty dated and cringe-worthy.

To that end I request any correspondence, plans or other documentation relating to their removal, I additionally request any information held relating to the expenditure (including planned expenditure), if any, made by Council relating to the sculptures' installation, maintenance and removal. I am aware that WIA is not a part of Council and not covered by the LGOIMA, please read this request to relating to any information on a Council controlled system.

For the avoidance of doubt I am referring to that one of the gaunt person reaching for the fish in the food court, and the dragon in the departures hall.
