I am writing to formally request the total cost of the Māori sculpture
that has been erected on the grass verge in front of Albany Hall, located
in Albany Village on Library Lane. Specifically, I would like to receive a
detailed breakdown of costs associated with this project, including
expenses related to consultation, design, materials, labor, and any other
relevant expenditures from inception to final completion.

Understanding these costs is important for transparency and community
engagement, and I appreciate your attention to this matter.
