that has been erected on the grass verge in front of Albany Hall, located
in Albany Village on Library Lane. Specifically, I would like to receive a
detailed breakdown of costs associated with this project, including
expenses related to consultation, design, materials, labor, and any other
relevant expenditures from inception to final completion.
