Dear KiwiRail,

I am writing to request information on gender diversity within your organisation, KiwiRail. Specifically, I am interested in obtaining the following data:

1) The percentage of women holding Project Manager positions.
2) The percentage of women working as engineers.
3) The percentage of women in technical leadership roles.

This information is important for my research, which aims to analyse the current state of gender equality in the engineering and transportation sectors.
