Dear James,
I refer to your request of 6 July 2024. The University's response follows.
The grade distribution information requested for BIOSCI 107, CHEM 110 and
POPLHLTH 111 in Semester One 2024 is attached.
“Additionally, for the first year general applicants applying to MbChB
2024 (cohort sat first year biomed last year) please provide the following
information on how many successful applicants obtained a 9.0 core GPA.”
You have already requested this information on 19 June, and that part of
your request was refused in the University’s response of 3 July 2024. As
stated in our response of 3 July, this statistic is not held by the
University. This constitutes a partial refusal of your request under
section 18(g) of the OIA. You have the right to make a complaint to an
Ombudsman if you are dissatisfied with this response.
