Dear Auckland Transport,

Please provide a list and brief description of each service or processes available to Auckland Transport, whether actively employed or not, that MAY attribute a vehicle's license plate number to an identifiable person. For example: Motochek, previously distributed letters and infringements, searchable file notes during public interactions.

How are the results of each service or process recieved and handled? Are the results searchable? Are there retention protocols in place for each service or process?
