Auckland Transport
Kia ora Peter,
We are unable to provide you with the information you asked for
On 23/04/2024 you asked for the number of infringements Auckland Transport
(AT) have issued to utes in the Goods Vehicle lane since March 2023. Your
request for information is declined under section 17 (e) as the
information is not held. AT's records are associated with the vehicle
registration not the vehicle type. We do not differentiate between
vehicle types classified as goods vehicles.
We understand that this isn’t the outcome you hoped for.
