Under the Local Goverment Offical Information and Meetings Act I request:

The per-project cost over the last 4 years of all external contractor, consulting or engagement costs relating to the following cycle/roading projects:

* Each of the projects of the 'Magic Triagnle" in Avalon and Taita
* The Waterloo/Knights Rd cycle paths and plan development
* The CBD connections between Hutt River trails and the Waterloo path
* The Petone Walking and Cycling Connectivity Study
* The Esplanade Optimisation Study
