We have been informed by the Riverlink Alliance that a consent has previously been issued by Hutt City Council for a walking and cycling bridge over Speedy's Stream, immediately to the south of the Kennedy Good Bridge.
We request please the date of this consent, any report prepared by Hutt City Council on this application, and a copy of the consent conditions and plans.
