Thank you for your email
of 16 March 2024 requesting the following information under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act):
Under the OIA I request copies, from the last 4 years, or all reports, meetings notes,
assessments, or communications regarding improving the link between the Mel ing to Petone
cycle path and suburbs to the east of Dowse drive (eg via Wakefield St) - including but not
limited to a level crossing to Scales Lane and any communications, reports, notes or
correspondence with Kiwirail over this option.
The following documents fall within the scope of your request and are enclosed:
