OIA request for 2024 PIR's made for corperate KiwiRail

Lucy Crossley made this Official Information request to KiwiRail

The request was refused by KiwiRail.

From: Lucy Crossley

Dear KiwiRail,

I have a couple of question for you

1. Can I please be sent the post incident review's made by your incident managers for 2024 year to date.
2. Can KiwiRail attach the last edited dates to these post incident review's.
3. The preferred format for these to be presented in is PDF format.

Yours faithfully,

Lucy Crossley

Good morning Lucy

Thank you for your enquiry as per below.
I'm getting in touch as your request as it stands is likely to be too vague for KiwiRail to respond to.

When you ask for incident reports, could you please be more specific?
Are you looking for a particular area? Type of incident?

Happy to discuss if you'd like to give me a call, or email directly.

Kind regards

Dave

Dear Dave Allard,
The specific post incident reports I am looking for are the ones made by the ICT team. The incident managers will normally write these after a major incident or an incident that was a priority 1 or 2.
These are normally stored in the IT knowledge base so they can be easily referenced or exported. Currently Confluence and Fresh are in vogue so it's likely that the IT part of Kiwirail uses one of these to store their information there. Since I am asking for post incident reports there shouldn't be to many as most businesses have a handful a month.

Yours sincerely,

Lucy Crossley
