Dear KiwiRail,
I am seeking information on any SPAD (signal passed at danger) or signaling or points incidents or irregularities involving heritage trains on the Kiwi Rail network from June 2023 to the present date. Such information would include the date and time of the incident, the operator and what occured including any formal investigations.
