How much did it cost to change AT Mobile app to display pride flag over buses?

Dear Auckland Transport,
I can see rainbow flag over buses in AT Mobile app for the pride month. I would like the change management process and how much did it cost to enable such a capability in AT Mobile app. I would like to see the costs breakdown of project management, development and deployment of this change - both AT and the dev-house looking after the application.
