I am seeking comprehensive information, including but not limited to:

A detailed list of all locations where tsunami sirens are currently installed within the Timaru District Council's jurisdiction.

The technical specifications and capabilities of each tsunami siren, including make, model, and any relevant contact details for maintenance or emergencies.
