Refunds from the TDC resource concents

I am requesting information on the Total number of refunds not paid out from the TDC as they do not meet the $200 minimum threshold on resourse concents. Also the amounts that are paid out so I can see this as a percentage of the total.

Can you please clarify if you are seeking information in relation to
discounts as per the RMA discounts regulations or if you are seeking
information in relation to the refunding of resource consent applicants
part of the deposit they pay when lodging the application when the time
spent processing the application does not exceed the amount of the
deposit?

part of the deposit they pay when lodging the application when the time
spent processing the application does not exceed the amount of the
deposit..
The TDC have a policy of not making refunds under $200, This practice does not seem very transparent. I would like to understand where this money goes. The amount of revenue generated from this practice, what percentage of total RCA's fall under the $200 non refundable amount broken down by month. And the average amount that they fall under the non refund $200 amount by month for lets say the last 5 years

Further to my previous email, we have started making enquires into your
request. As it is expected to take a considerable length of time to
collate the information, we are seeking to recover some costs. Please

1.In relation to your request for the total number of refunds on resource
consent applications, please confirm whether you willing to pay the fee
for gathering that information. We estimate the fee will be $1,173, but it
could more.
2.In relation to your request regarding section 36 of the Resource
Management Act 1991, please clarify what details you are referring to.

information. We estimate the fee will be $103, but it could more.
