The information Council holds on sea level rise modelling is public and
can be accessed [1]here. Information from the 2021 Coastal Hazards
Assessment for Christchurch District (Tonkin + Taylor) is available in a
short written report, a longer technical report, an interactive mapping
portal and a series of videos.
You have the right to seek an investigation and review by the Ombudsman of

''..Climate change is slowly raising the level of the sea. Water expands with heat, so warmer temperatures are causing our oceans to expand....''
Basic science and our own experience with putting things in the freezer, tells us that water expands with COLD not with heat, that is why ice floats.
This does not give me confidence with other statements in this report
