Dear Fire and Emergency New Zealand,
Under the Official Information Act, I am requesting information about any new equipment, appliances, buildings or a permanent crew that Fire and Emergency New Zealand (FENZ) plans to introduce in the near future in the Oamaru / Waitaki Area.
Specifically, I am seeking information on:
1) Any new equipment or appliances that FENZ plans to purchase in the near future to enhance fire and emergency services in the Oamaru / Waitaki area.
2) Any new buildings or infrastructure that FENZ plans to construct or acquire to better serve the communities of the Oamaru / Waitaki area.
3) Any plans to have a permanent crew based at Oamaru Station 72 (Day or Night or Both) in the near future.
The term near future being within the next 3-5 years or so
