Please provide confirmation on the number and physical addresses of all buildings across all consent authorities that have been subject to a waiver of Building Code Clause C3.8, under section 67 of the Building Act.

I believe that this information is required to be held by MBIE and therefore should, equally, be easily retrievable.

Dear Alan,

 

On behalf of the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment I
acknowledge your email of 17 November 2023 requesting under the Official
Information Act 1982 (the Act), the following:

 

“Please provide confirmation on the number and physical addresses of all
buildings across all consent authorities that have been subject to a
waiver of Building Code Clause C3.8, under section 67 of the Building
Act.”
