Oliver Lineham (FYI.org.nz volunteer) left an annotation ()
I have checked our outgoing mail logs and can confirm there was a delivery error in both November and December.
Although delivery problem itself appears to have been on NPF's side (their mail server was unreachable or DNS records may have been incorrect), our monitoring also failed to detect the situation when it should have. I have since improved our log monitoring.
I am sorry for the trouble. We should have detected the issue promptly and contacted NPF to resolve the problem.
