I would like to update you that the 2023 minutes have been published on
our website.

(see Board Minutes under “Document Archives”).

 

We would like to apologise for the delay; we have experienced staff
turnover and the two people who were responsible for this activity have
both left the organisation.  We were not aware that the minutes had not
been published or that this request had not been actioned until contacted
recently by the Ombudsman.
