From: Craig Porter
Dear Wellington Regional Council,
In the Dominion Post on 14 May 2019 it was reported that Transport Advisor, Marie Verschuer met with some staff on the Let's Get Wellington Moving team, at the Wellington Regional Council spoke.
Programme director Barry Mein is quoted as saying, in effect that Ms Verschuer was in town so we invited her to have morning tea with the team.
Please provide the following information:
1 Correspondence between Lets Get Wellington Moving/Greater Wellington Regional Council regarding the possibility of Ms Verschuer speaking with relevant staff or providing consultancy services in relation to trackless trams.
2 The terms of any such arrangements for speaking/consultancy services, including whether such arrangements had a financial element.
3 Any internal dialogue which foreshadowed the arrangements for Ms Verschuer to meet with relevant staff
4 Any request communicated to Ms Verschuer regarding the presentation of 'trackless trams' as a transportation option
Yours faithfully,
Craig Porter
