each group, as most of it only shows the meeting minutes until 2017, there
are no further information after 2017 been upload.

span across seven months of weekly meetings and would involve a
substantial amount of collation and therefore may be refused under section
18(f) of the Act. If it is possible for you to narrow the scope of your
request by selecting a shorter time frame, we may be able to provide you
with information.

Was there a particular time period you seek for the COVID-19 Technical
Advisory Group meeting minutes? As these are weekly meetings span across
seven months and will involve substantial manual collation and may be
refused under 18(f) of the Act.

The Ministry of Health has decided to extend the period of time available
to respond to your request under section 15A of the Official Information
Act 1982 (the Act) as further collation and research and consultation is
required.

You can now expect a response to your request on, or before, 27 August
2020.

You have the right, under section 28 of the Act, to ask the Ombudsman to
review my decision to extend the time available to respond to your
request.
