Dear Cody,

I refer to your request below.

I understand you have spoken to the Rates Team who have explained the process of direct debits.

Council's requirements to set rates and require payments are established by the Local Government Act, the Local Government (Rating) Act and information required for processing payments permitted by the Privacy Act.

We do not hold a specific outline as you have requested.
