Dear Christchurch City Council,

I would like to request under the official information act a copy of
advice provided to elected members of the Christchurch City Council around
the Global Settlement Agreement between the Christchurch City Council and
the Government.

In addition I would like to request under the official information act a
copy of any insurances or indemnities provided around council decisions
with respect to the Global Settlement Agreement between the crown and the
Christchurch City Council.

I refer to your email we received on 16 June.

 

Unfortunately, it will not be possible to meet the original time limit and
I am writing to notify you of an extension of 15 working days to make our
decision, to 5 August.

 

This is necessary owing to the size of your request and the amount of
information that needs to be searched for and collated, and we are unable

interfering with the Council's operations.
