Response to this request is long overdue. By law Earthquake Commission should have responded by now (details and exceptions). The requester can complain to the Ombudsman.

Dear Earthquake Commission, I would like to request a copy of the engineering or geo technical report that has ascertained that I have a spring in my property. Claim No CLM/2011/081000. I wish to have further discussions re the repair of this spring with EQC.
