Dear Ruapehu District Council,
I request the following information
1./ a copy and count of all complaints regarding teitei drive made to either yourself or your partner kainga ora
2./ an official count of how many people attended the public meeting held 31st august in person, and how many were connected via zoom (you should have this for health and safety reasons I suspect)?
3./ what is the highest turnout of people RDC has had to a public meeting before?

I am seeking an update from this overdue request.
Council sought clarification of my request which I provided, however I have not received any response to date.

I questioned RDC on 13th September which was acknowledged with a response date due 11th October.
On the 10th October (19 business days), Council asked me to clarify the question, to which I did immediately.
I have followed up with council numerous times and had no response.
This has been referred to the Ombudsman
