24 March - Clive (CEO) sends signed agreement (Housing New Zealand Build) to KO
4 April - KO (Housing New Zealand Build) reciprocate signing - PART1 & PART2
5 April - Clive Manley emails Marin Surgenor (Senior Legal Counsel at Kāinga Ora) advising "I confirm when I signed the agreement I was acting with delegation from RDC"

This is limited to the scope of Teitei Drive only. Please provide copies of all delegations & resolutions passed to back up this statement including the dates and the information contained in those resolutions, the companies he had delegation for and what delegations he had. Please also provide copies of the emails and the thread of any replies from any parties with relation to these delegations; to be clear, these will also include any legal advice emails with regards to the delegations for the past 3 years (i.e. where Le Pine has provided legal advice, or Ree Anderson as provided advice).
