Number of complaints received regarding Teitei Drive

Dear Ruapehu District Council,

1) We wish to obtain a copy of all of the complaints and concerns received by yourself or received by the partners (Kainga Ora & Ngati Rangi) of the Teitei Drive development. We would like a full copy of the emails or surveys received.

2) As the names will likely be redacted in the above request, we ask you to provide a count of individual complainants (each unique person or email address the complaint is received from can be identified as an individual complaint) as its possible members of the public complained to both yourselves and your partners; or on multiple occasions; thus we wish to tally a total count of complaints or concerns.

Dear Info,

Thanks for your response.

I’d like to alter my request and request a copy of all such emails from the public to do with teitei drive since 1st June 2023 with private information redacted is fine.

If possible, When redacting names please assign a number to each unique name so we can complete a count and ensure complaints aren’t being double counted where a member of the public has submitted multiple complaints.
