The report to the Minster of Infrastructure on whether the approve an application for a marina at Waipiro Bay to be processed under the Fast-track Approvals Act says that the Northland Regional Council was a party invited to comment on this on this application.
The Regional Council did make comments on the application.
I request a copy of those comments.
