Dear New Zealand Police,

I am requesting a copy of the report for the above incident, as I have concerns about the actions and the accuracy of any statements provided and/or recorded in relation to this event. This can include photographs taken by the officers, entries within their own pocket books and any other relevant materials.

To be clear, I am unhappy with both the tone, attitude and response of the officers who were in attendance, and I am making a complaint to the IPCA regarding this.

I am happy for the personal information of those concerned to be redacted.

I have been advised by Rotorua Lakes Council that I can have full access to the community surveillance camera footage from the cameras in the village where the incident occurred upon supplying them with the report number. I will be requesting this for review too.
