Please provide all information related to CPEC appeals 18/14 and 2/14. This includes any email, report or other document. Where CPEC members use personal or company email facility for execution of their CPEC function, it is my expectation that the official information act takes precedence over any company ownership, and these emails should be provided.

I have a specific interest in the CPEC finding that it is not negligent for an engineer to refuse to provide calculations for an Ultimate Bearing Capacity that the engineer has provided to an insurer of a homeowner, for settlement of an earthquake claim.

This information should be provide by the 22nd January 2015.
