I am writing to respectfully request under the Official Information Act, that FairWay Resolution Limited provide to me by way of your response through the FYI website, or to my personal email address from which I have forwarded the copy of the referred DRSL Reviewers Training Manual from, a copy of FairWay Resolution Limited's current Reviewers Training Manual, and any previous copies that may have been in existence between March 2015 and present.

I understand that this is a readily available document at FairWay Resolution Limited which has been supplied to other ACC claimants in the recent past and therefore respectfully request that this official document be be made available to me under urgency within the next seven days.

Thank you for your reply.

The old DSRL reviewers training manual provides strong documented support, that 2 FairWay Reviewers breached my rights to be able to receive natural justice through their handling of recent review cases and the lead up to these cases.

One of these reviewers has been appointed to reviews scheduled in November 2016. The urgency is required for the following reasons;

1. The official documentation requested is readily held and available at FairWay Resolution Limited,
2. It has recently been supplied to other claimants by FairWay Resolution Limited,
3. I require copies of any and all the FairWay Resolution Reviewers training manuals between the period that my review application's were lodged with FairWay Resolution Limited (March 2015) and current to establish the manner that review hearings are expected to be held in together with the a reviewers obligations and training expectations so as to be able to compare with the DSRL reviewers training manual.
4. Following being provided with the information requested then I will be able to address the November 2016 reviewer's previous breaches of my rights to receive natural justice in an informed and timely manner prior to the pending reviews being heard.

While I am happy for the official documentation to be sent to my personal email address which you are familiar with, I would appreciate you confirming by return response through the FYI site your acceptance of providing the official documentation to me under urgency and in the timeframe requested, together with confirmation through FYI on the date that the PDF copy/ies have been sent to my personal email address by yourself or a representative of FairWay Resolution Limited.
