Please provide the instructions given to the sender of the 01/06/23 email
to councillors from the mayor's email account. These instructions may be
in email or via another messaging system.

Please also provide any return messages/emails from the actual sender
asking for clarification or providing updates when the email was ready to
be sent.

Please provide all correspondence between the Mayor and the sender of the
email received Thursday, 1 June 2023 11:16 am titled "A Tour de Force!
Well done Wayne! Brilliant content & delivery this morning. Bullseye!".
This correspondence should include any messages sent prior to the 1st of
June 2023.
