Re: request for emails
I refer to your email, which we received on 20 July 2023, requesting further information related
to your previous LGOIMA request (reference number 8140012035) about emails sent from
the mayor’s email address to council ors.
Your request and our response are below.
Noting my previous request 8140012035.
Please provide the instructions given to the sender of the 01/06/23 email to
councillors from the mayor's email account. These instructions may be in email or via
another messaging system.
The instructions were given verbally and by Teams message. Please see attached, noting
some information has been withheld in reliance on LGOIMA section 7(2)(f)(ii)
to protect from
improper pressure and harassment.
Please also provide any return messages/emails from the actual sender asking for
clarification or providing updates when the email was ready to be sent.
Please see attached email, noting some information has been withheld in reliance on
LGOIMA sections 7(2)(a)
to protect privacy; 7(2)(f)(i)
free and frank and 7(2)(f)(ii)
to protect
from improper pressure and harassment.
Please provide all correspondence between the Mayor and the sender of the email
received Thursday, 1 June 2023 11:16 am titled "A Tour de Force! Well done Wayne!
Brilliant content & delivery this morning. Bullseye!". This correspondence should
include any messages sent prior to the 1st of June 2023.
