Although in the past we have provided information without evidence that you are entitled to make an OIA, on this occasion we are requesting the evidence. The image you provided does not provide sufficient evidence.

There are two reasons we are taking this approach:
1. This request is for information that we consider may need to be withheld. If that is our decision, a person requesting it under the OIA would have the right to complain to the Ombudsman.
