Dear Wellington City Council,
In a news article WCC said "The circulation and return rates of items are similar with most people continuing to return their items promptly." in relation to any changes since abolishing fees for overdue items.
Could you provide the following for the years 1/7/20 - 30/6/21, 1/7/21 - 30/6/22 and 1/7/22 to 31/5/22 (11 months) the following data:
* Number of books borrowed
* Average time in days a book is out for, before it is returned
* What proportion of borrowed books were out for greater than 21 days
* What proportion of borrowed books were out for greater than 42 days
