would ideally like the data for each calendar year from 2008 to 2022 but
if going all the way back to 2008 is impossible or too difficult, it is

The data I seek is for all of New Zealand: 
1 The proportion of emergency department patients who were admitted,
discharged, or transferred from an Emergency Department (ED) within six
hours, on either a quarterly or annual basis
2 The number of elective surgical procedures done each calendar year
3 The proportion of eight- month-olds who had their primary course of
immunisation at six weeks, three months and five months on time, on either
a quarterly or annual basis
4 The proportion of Under 25s able to access specialist mental health
services within three weeks of referral, on either a quarterly or annual
basis
5 The number of patients who have waited over 12 months for an elective
treatment, on an annual basis
6 The number of mental health beds in the public health system, on an

decision on the above parts of your request.

The Act requires that we advise you of our decision on your request no
later than 20 working days after the day we received your request.
Unfortunately, it will not be possible to meet that time limit and we are
therefore writing to notify you of an extension of the time to make our
decision, to 9 June 2023.

This extension is required because the volume of information is such that
a proper response cannot reasonably be made within the original time
limit.
