Information on development at 70 Upper Queen Street, Eden Terrace
Lex made this Official Information request to Kāinga Ora–Homes and Communities
This request has an unknown status. We're waiting for Lex to read recent responses and update the status.
From: Lex
Dear Housing New Zealand (/"Kāinga Ora–Homes and Communities"),
This is regarding the development at 70 Upper Queen Street, Eden Terrace. Please provide to me general information, such as background to the redevelopment and where you are currently at in the redevelopment process.
In February 2020 you mentioned construction will commence in April 2020. This has not occurred I assume due to covid-19. Please may you indicate when construction will begin, if that is still the case.
Yours faithfully,
Lex
