Dear Mr Warburton

 

I am writing to acknowledge receipt of your official information request
dated 29 April 2021 asking for the following information:

 

1.  Is the property at 144 Te Pêne Ave, Titahi Bay, Porirua, owned by
Kainga Ora;

2.  If the answer to #1 is yes, how long has Kainga Ora had ownership;

3.  If the answer to #1 is yes, on what date was previous buildings on the
site removed;

4.  If the answer to #1 is yes, when does Kainga Ora plan to redevelop the
site for residential use.

 

Kāinga Ora will endeavour to respond to your request as soon as possible
and in any event no later than 27 May 2021, being

20 working days after the day your request was received. If we are unable
to respond to your request by then, we will notify you of an

extension of that timeframe.
