I would like to make an OIA request related to controlled purchase operations of vapes.

Can I please get:

- the handbook on running controlled purchase operations for vapes
- statistics over the past year, broken down by region:
- number of total cpo
- number of store passed
- number failed
- number of failed warned/educated
- number of failed issued infringement
- number of failed prosecuted
