Dear Ministry of Health,

I would like to make an OIA request as follows:

Regarding sting operations to catch sunbed operators who provide services to underaged persons,
1.any manual/instructions/guidelines on how the sting operation is to be run, and
2.any instruction/briefing/notes provided to the underaged person who work in such operations
3.for each of the last three years, how many sting operations were carried out, how many operators were caught, how many were prosecuted, and what was the outcome of each prosecution

The Ministry of Health has decided to extend the period of time available
to respond to your request under section 15A of the Official Information
Act 1982 (the Act) as further consultation is required in order to make a
decision on the request.

You can now expect a response to your request on, or before, 21 April
2020.

You have the right, under section 28 of the Act, to ask the Ombudsman to
review my decision to extend the time available to respond to your
request.
