In relation to the ban on disposable vapers, I request

Copies of any internal memos, emails, briefings, or correspondence between
the Ministry of Health, Health New Zealand (Te Whatu Ora), or other
government agencies discussing the potential or observed effects of the
disposable vape ban on tobacco use or sales.
