Dear Wellington City Council,
Is, or has, the Council conducted a review into the failings that led to the installation of faulty streetlights? If so, can you please provide a copy of its scope?
I want to find out if the review will consider the process used to appoint people who worked on the project and whether the people working on the streetlight project were appropriately qualified.
