From: Anouk Koene
Dear Auckland Council,
I have recently noticed the installation and usage of numerous ( approximately 50) unidentified laser devices installed on lampposts on Karangahape Rd . They are not lights , and not cameras . They are facing both directions at each side of the road , aimed at the cycle path and footpath .
They emit flashing lights sporadically. What are these and what is their purpose ? Please give a detailed explanation of their capabilities.
Thank you
Yours faithfully,
Anouk Koene
