To: Campbell Larsen

Morena Campbell,

Thank you for your patience while I sought out clarification to your question. I have answered the questions below in red.

Question 1 relating to proposed sites was not bound by me to a financial year or years, so if there are additional proposed sites that AT is aware of can I please have the details of these.

AT are advised by applicants as they progress these, there is no long-term list of proposed sites.

Question 4 relating to the movement of sites due to road safety reasons included requests for specific details of site adjustments/ modifications, and the numbers thereof. AT has not supplied this information, nor has it cited a LGOIMA reason for not doing so. Can I please have this information.

Your request is declined under s17(e) of the LGOIMA as the information does not exist. Any reasons to move a cabinet or existing pole and are resolved via a discussion and no record is kept. We can recollect only a couple of proposed sites where discussion led to a slightly changed location of the pole or cabinet to assist visibility for residents (exiting from driveways) or road users near intersections. AT can only use it’s influence and most poles used by Telco’s are already in established positions.

I trust this answers your questions.

Kind regards,
Ashleigh
