I refer to your Official Information Act 1982 (OIA) request dated 16 May 2023.
Some of the information to which your request relates is not held by Police, but is believed to more closely connected with the functions of the Ministry of Justice. The related portions of your request are as follows:
"A list of all cases sent to court which have originally been been convicted at guilty then later found as wrongfully found guilty since January 2003."
In these circumstances, we are required by section 14 of the OIA to transfer your request. The portions of your request detailed above have been transferred to the Ministry of Justice.
