Protocol Waikato DHB re neurosurgeries

Dear Health New Zealand,

We respectfully request a copy of the protocol at the Waikato Hospital in relation to the waiting times and rescheduling of neurosurgeries

My clients surgery was deferred five times subsequently resulting in a rupture of an anuerysm and further unnecessary consequences that have been life changing
