As we have a meeting with the DHB and Health and Disabilities Advocacy Representative scheduled for the 18th of September 2019 at 12pm and this request for information is now well overdue, we request immediate response to our request for a copy of the policies and procedures in relation to PICC lines at Waikato DHB
